Hi Jake,
I'm sorry, But Apple is not allowing for 3rd party applications to modify iTunes files.
Be sure that we will add this possibility as soon as Apple will grant us access, although Apple might never will...

let's do that without apple permission on a cydia version

Thanks for the suggestion.
Since the release of our AppStore application, we have stopped supporting the use of Jailbroken devices.
Also, even with a Jailbroken version of TuneWiki, that still would not allow you to save artwork to iTunes.
I am now closing this topic as the original suggestion will probably never happen.
If Apple adjusts their rules on this issue then we may be able to in the future, but that's not today.
