I have version 3.1.2 iPod software running on my Touch and the latest version of TuneWiki available throught the iTunes site. When I attempt to start TueWiki my screen goes black for about 15 seconds and the it returns to the home page. ITunes currently is currently carrying a statement on the TuneWiki app download page the a patch is being developed for this problem. What is the status of this patch?

I might be able to add a bit to this. The current version of TuneWiki runs fine on my iPod Touch now; it didn't before. I had mine a few weeks ago, after the iPhone 3.1 update, start having all sorts of problems. Eventually it just died on me all together. After I brought it and and they replaced the device itself everything runs fine again. I get a load time of about 5 seconds on TuneWiki followed by 30 seconds of updating for new song/artist/album.
No idea on the patch, but going in to have a store diagnostic run on your device might be in order. I have iPhone OS 3.1.2 build 7D11. Model is MB531LL.

Chris C,
Please try reinstalling TuneWiki and let me know if you still have the problem.
Thanks
