i got tunewiki pro installed on my BB Storm.
After a Battery pull it scans my Music Files.
But when playing the music it can't retrieve the lyrics.
When trying to setup youtube connection it displays after a while: "Unable to establish connection"
I do have internet connection! Email and Browser works fine.
Living in Germany, provider 1und1 (vodafone)
I think internet connection only per BIS.

I got tunewiki free Version 1.0.1.1 installed on my BB Storm. Connection established very well, but unfortunately it's using APN "web.vodafone.de" (my provider Vodafone Germany). I only got data plan with APN "blackberry.net" or "wap.vodafone.de". Is there a way to change the APN for this app? If I deny the app to change telephone settings it closes immediatly.

Hello Guido
The app is able to use BIS proxy so it should be able to retrieve the lyrics.
It would be helpful for our developers if you could provide us with a log of the app.
The most simple way is via ALT+ULOG in the app.
You may also want to try to setup APN connection manually. There are three APNs which you can try:
“web.vodafone.de”
“wap.vodafone.de”
“blackberry.net”
Each APN should be specified here: “Options->Advanced Options->TCP->APN”
Username and password should be blank for each APN.
You need to run the app after each APN specified to check that the app able to get the lyrics.
“Setup YouTube connection” menu item doesn’t relate to anything to do with the lyrics downloading.
The YouTube player was changed in 1.0.1.0 version and should work for most users from that version.
“Setup YouTube connection” menu item was removed as it is not required any more.

Hello McMox
Thank you for the APN settings for Vodafone Germany, they will be added to the next version of the app!
You are able to specify APN settings in the phone menu:
“Options->Advanced Options->TCP->APN”
However, the app does have some built-in APN settings that cannot be over-written.
Apologies for the delayed response guys.

Hello Louis,
I tried to change settings in the phone menu, but it doesn't seem to help. Tunewiki free 1.0.1.1 insists in changing to web.vodafone.de.
So think I must wait until a new version is coming.
BTW how can I get a log of the app. BB storm don't has a real keyboard and I don't know how to make a "ALT+ULOG in the app"?

changing the settings to blackberry.net dont work.
I got another App running where i can change the settings for internet connection within the app.
There are three choices: IP, BIS and BES.
After changing to BIS the App. works.
As MacMox wrote, the BB Storm has no real KB.
How can I get the LOG?

1. Flip the phone into Landscape Mode.
2. From the Home screen, press and hold the !?123 button to enable numlock.
3. Type ” / ” /

the problem still exists.
I cannot use TuneWiki for receiving Lyrics, listening shoutcast or searching and watching Youtube.
The different APN settings do not work.
What can I do?

As I said before, some of the APN settings are hard coded into the app.
I believe the developers are fixing this issue in a future release.

i got another Problem:
I purchased TuneWiki Pro in the BB Appworld.
Now after updating the BB Storm to 5.0.0.230 i am missing the Software.
Is it possible to get Tunewiki pro without paying one more time?
Btw: I would like to test newer Versions and give feedback. Would you send me a Link?
