Account User Name & Password Problem

I recently registered but I am not able to sign in onto the Tunewiki.com site.
I am told that the User name and password was not found. I also tried the forget password routine but I never received an email.

I was however able to sign on to the forum. Though due to this I'm still not able to use the change email routine or sign into the tunewiki.com site.
Please help.

Hi Echo325

You should be using the same login details to login to the forum as you are on the website.
The login system is working on the website because I just logged in on it.

Try again and let me know if it works or not.

Check your junk mail folders in your email for the password request email. Sometimes it turns up there...

I'm having the exact same problem. I used to be an Editor 2 years ago. Back before apple launched the app store I was using tunewiki on a jailbroken iphone. I became an editor before I took a job. I haven't used the site in years, but now that tunewiki is on the apple app store I have renewed interest. When I password request I get

Unable to reset your password for the following reason: Unknown Error"

I cannot log into tunewiki.com with my forum password. I have tried to request my password. I have checked my spam folders and no password reset email. I have used my webmail client and it is not their either. I can't register again because I get a

error when I try to register with my old username.

I just want to be able to fix all the hack jobs people have done to the lyrics on the site. One time I spent an entire day correcting every line of the Live album Throwing Copper and I see someone else screwed the whole thing up again. Lyrics are missing. Your contests just make people edit as many songs as possible to gain reputation. I remember the first contest 2 years ago and all people would do is tap a few seconds of every song they could so it registered that they edited a song.

Who can fix my username?

Mr MP3,

We have experienced issues before with users that registered a long time ago because back then we were using an actual wiki system using the login system that came with it.
Now that we have transferred to the new system there have been some problems with login emails vs usernames.

The best thing I can suggest for you is to create a new account and I can set that up with editor status if you make a post in the applications section on the forum.

If you wish I can remove your Mr MP3 forum account so you can use the name on your new account.

I too am having a problem logging into the site. I originally signed up on September 12th. I can sign into the forums just fine, but when I try to sign into the regular site or into the service on my phone it gives me an incorrect user or password error. I tried the forgot password option and I don't receive any emails even in my spam folder. I tried to create a new account, but it says my email address is already in use so it won't even let me do that. This is the second time I've had problems logging in. I originally had the same problem when I first signed up in September, it was fixed back then, but now it doesn't work again. I hope this isn't going to be a frequent issue. Can I get some help?

i have this problem did everything that has been suggested...still no luck so i cant use the app on my phone

Same problem.can't login to main site.my email is jfouker101@hotmail.com.I would also like to be an editor

I have the same problem: had to create a fake account with another email adress to login in this forum and write this, because I can't login the original account and I didn't receive any email with new password...

Have the same problem, can't login. not at the website on pc nor on the app. I recevied a mail with a new password. now the app says it's the wrong password. and on the website i have to inform my birthdate, but it won't work ever. can anybody help please?
