ID of tunewiki doesn´t work error 5000

I had actualized the tunewiki, but now it can´t identify the songs, it appears error: [5000] webservices registration error:GCSP: CANNOT SEND QUERY TO SERVICE 3 xp SERVER FOR GCSP_FAPI,
i have iphone 4,. What can i do?, i erased and installed again, but it doesn´t work. Another app work ok, the connection to internet is ok,

Are you still seeing issues? We had some temporary issues with our SongID provider.
