How to get TuneWiki to Sync from Android to Macbook Tunewiki on my Macbook Pro only see's iTunes folder

I downloaded Tunewiki to my Macbook Pro thinking that I could go online and sync my music from my HTC Evo 3d running Gingerbread to my laptop for easy listening. The only thing Tunewiki seems to download or give me access to from my Macbook is iTunes.. My iTunes files don't contain my Android TuneWiki Files.

Can I sync them over the web?
