Explanation of permissions

TuneWiki requires an awful lot of permissions to run. Can you give an explanation of what they are all needed for?

Can you please let me know which permissions are questionable for you and I'll let you know why they're needed.

Permissions
THIS APPLICATION HAS ACCESS TO THE FOLLOWING:
HARDWARE CONTROLS
RECORD AUDIO
Allows application to access the audio record path.
CHANGE YOUR AUDIO SETTINGS
Allows application to modify global audio settings such as volume and routing.
YOUR LOCATION
COARSE (NETWORK-BASED) LOCATION
Access coarse location sources such as the cellular network database to determine an approximate device location, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine approximately where you are.
FINE (GPS) LOCATION
Access fine location sources such as the Global Positioning System on the device, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power.
NETWORK COMMUNICATION
FULL INTERNET ACCESS
Allows an application to create network sockets.
CREATE BLUETOOTH CONNECTIONS
Allows an application to view configuration of the local Bluetooth device, and to make and accept connections with paired devices.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
READ SENSITIVE LOG DATA
Allows an application to read from the system's various log files. This allows it to discover general information about what you are doing with the device, potentially including personal or private information.
PHONE CALLS
READ PHONE STATE AND IDENTITY
Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to and the like.
STORAGE
MODIFY/DELETE USB STORAGE CONTENTS MODIFY/DELETE SD CARD CONTENTS
Allows an application to write to the USB storage. Allows an application to write to the SD card.
SYSTEM TOOLS
PREVENT DEVICE FROM SLEEPING
Allows an application to prevent the device from going to sleep.
BLUETOOTH ADMINISTRATION
Allows an application to configure the local Bluetooth device, and to discover and pair with remote devices.
MODIFY GLOBAL SYSTEM SETTINGS
Allows an application to modify the system's settings data. Malicious applications can corrupt your system's configuration.
RETRIEVE RUNNING APPLICATIONS
Allows application to retrieve information about currently and recently running tasks. May allow malicious applications to discover private information about other applications.

I'm mostly concerned with the above three (the rest seem to make sense given Tunewiki's features). Why does tunewiki need to read log data or check other running applications?

Log data is needed for TuneWiki's crash reports and other information that is used when you use the "Send Feedback" option to contact TuneWiki Support.

I'm not sure why checking other running applications is needed (I'm sure there's a good reason - I just don't know it).
