Merging songs into one album?

I have a lot of songs that belong in one same album (Avenged Sevenfold, Billy Talent), but they are put into 2-3 different albums, HOWEVER, the album title, artist, art, year, etc. is ALL THE SAME. Is it possible to merge the songs into one album, so it will be more organized?

Here's a tool you can use to make sure that all the artist/album info for you mp3's are uniform. Sometimes just an extra space in the artist or album will cause albums to split.
