OK here the short list of issues with the latest version on Android 2.2.3:

Landscape broken, not available
User interface is not intuitive. Took me half an hour to figure out how to tweet from the app.
Playback skips and stutters after a few minutes.
Random force closes
Map does not always download, app hangs then force closes
Buttons do not work with Bluetooth
Profile(s) rarely load

This was the app to have, now its the worst beta app I have. Yes I consider this a beta app and I am unhappy that you released it without telling us it was so 'broken' . I wouldnt have minded beta testing it for you if you said it was feature limited for now but releasing it as a complete app when you knew it wasnt was just wrong.

Hi Bupahs,

Landscape mode: Yep - we know. We're working on it.

UI Not intuitive: The majority of feedback we have received suggests that it is more intuitive than older versions. Could you please elaborate on this? We know the social networking functionality is a bit confusing at the moment and that will be fixed in a future version. But apart from that, is there anything else wrong with the UI?

Playback skips: This is the first I've heard of such an issue. Can you please use the "Send Feedback" option within the menu of the app to report this?

Random force closes: Again, please report using "Send Feedback".

Maps: We've been having a few server issues recently so that *could* be the reason for a temporary outage. Please use the "Send Feedback" option if you have a genuine concern with regards to that not working.

Bluetooth: You need to enable "Headset Override" in TuneWiki's settings.

Profile(s) rarely load: I don't follow. Please explain?

This app is no-longer in beta. If you still have the beta version then please ensure you update asap.

The issues you have described are mainly only occurring for you. Other users aren't reporting most of these issues.
Our Quality Assurance department would not approve a "broken" app for public release.

You state "The issues you have described are mainly only occurring for you. Other users aren't reporting most of these issues." have you bothered to read the reviews in the Android Market? Reports of it being 'glitchy' force closing, music suddenly stops, the overwhelming majority think the new UI is horrible, not very user friendly, ugly, bloated.. the list goes on and on.

You (not you personally but 'you' as in tunewiki) took a great, simple to use app that did what it was supposed to do, play music and video and, in my opinion, destroyed it. After nearly a year of using it I decided to purchase ad free and then this update happens and breaks features I liked, added a bunch of bloat like skins.. I mean really, why package it with skins, give the option to download new skins and a constant streaming of other listeners.. really.. if I want to see what others are listening to I would use the map.. thats what it was there for and games? come on, really games??

This app is ballooning in size with every update
The features are not really features but gimmicks
The UI looks like a child designed it and it has no rhyme or reason to it, it does not flow. One should not need a learning curve to use an application (which does not come with any type of instructions).. how long do you think it takes people to find the tweet option? took me a while, I dont generally just press buttons not knowing what it will do to my collection.

All in all I am actually sorry I spent the 5 bucks, its not worth it. I stuck it out for a bit to see what you guys were doing with the app but I cant bring myself to continue to use it if its going down this path.. there are far to many other options. You guys should have kept the app simple and direct and maybe added a charge of .99 cents to add new features (like the social streaming and new skins etc) I think you would have cleaned up. Now, youre just loosing a fan base you wont be able to get back.

It's inevitable that we loose some fans along the way that may not like the changes we make to our app, but the majority still like our app and new people are coming in every minute. I think the 4 and a half star rating speaks for itself.
We're always open to feedback and we try to deal with the feedback as best we can.

I have passed your feedback along to the relevant department. Thanks for your input.
