I'm using a blackberry curve, and I have tunewiki installed and playing my songs. I verified that the songs I'm testing the application with exist in the lyrics database. For instance, Noah and the Whale's song Rocks and Dagger's. All songs play, but show "Retreiving lyrics..." indefinitely on the screen. I can't get any lyrics to display whatsoever. I've verified the application has "Allow" for all modules in security settings.
Have you seen this error? What can I do? Is it a bug?

Hi Joe,
this sounds like a bug that we have fixed before
so first I would ask you to make sure you have the most updated version of our software, just download and install from http://www.tunewiki.com/twbb69
If the problem persists, please follow the instructions below to send us logs so we may try and fix the issue.
Thanks!
Ziv.
Getting the log:
After running the application and letting it scan through your library, play something and see that your problem still happens.
Now go to the BlackBerry Home screen (where all the icons are). Hold down the ALT key and press the key sequence: L, G, L, G.
This should open the event log application.
From the menu of this screen, choose 'Options' and change the level to 'Debug Info'. Save that.
You'll see a long log of entries, mostly system ones, very few will be ours. So, using the 'Options' again, you can 'Filter' the log to show only 'TuneWiki messages' uncheck all boxes there, and check the TuneWiki one only. (Note that you have to do these things only once; the settings will be saved from then on).
Now you should see a much shorter log, with our entries only. From the menu of this screen, you can select "Copy Day's Contents". Then paste the results into an email message and send it to us.

Any resolution to this? downloaded latest software from site; installed; found all my mp3 files; but no lyrics for any songs - 'Retrieving lyrics...' indefinitely.
BBerry does send and receive info when you play a new track (can see on display) - but no lyrics appear
