play/pause button stuck

I experience problems with pause button. After a while of playing internet radio, this button doesn't work any more. I use it from headset remote, but also on the phone it doesn't work. When I press it, the button responds visually, but doesn't execute the function.

Hi feeltch

Please report this issue from within the application using the "Send Problem Report" feature.
When you submit the report you'll get an auto-response asking for more info... just repeat what you have said here.

Once we've received that information we'll be able to pass it on to our Quality Assurance team for testing.

I'm sorry but I can't find 'send problem report' feature. Where could I find it?
