Ok, I like this app. Like it. Not love it, because I have removed and reinstalled and push is not authorized for your application, but my flags for EVERY DAMN NEW SONG YOU ADD WILL NOT GO AWAY!! I have an iPhone 4 and all my other apps are close to flawless now. But this one is buggy. When I go to see what new songs are there (just to rid myself of the flags, the app crashles. This is on a brand new machine AFTER IT HAS BEEN REBOOTED!! it is NOT my iPhone and you are really yanking my chain. This is my THIRD TIME contacting your company and 'we will look into it' isn't good enough anymore. I think it's harrament and Apple is aware. You've got me deleting the app between uses mow which are becoming less frequent-all because you have to tell is about each songpack. Why don't you notify differently? Tapilous had an opt-in email to be notified of new material when THEY had this issue. Do that, I don't care, DO SOMETHING!!!

Hello James

Firstly, I'm moving this thread to the Lyric Legend section of the forums.
Please ensure you choose carefully which section of the forums you are posting in before submitting threads.

Secondly, we're not trying to make you annoyed. If you work with us, rather than against us, we will be able to resolve the issue much faster and more effectively.

Thirdly, could you please reply to this thread with the support ticket IDs that you've submitted to us? I will then be able to review the information you have given us and update you in a more private setting.

Fourthly, a bug in our app is not harassment. Feel free to tell Apple anything you want but I doubt they will show much interest. As I said before, we want to work with you, not against you. If you provide us with more details about the bug and how to reproduce it then we'll be able to resolve it much faster.

Lastly, we are looking in to it! Seriously! Bugs take time to fix. It's not something that happens overnight. Even once we fix the bug, we have to wait for Apple to approve the update on the AppStore and that takes a week, sometimes more.

I appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter and I hope you have a great holiday season! :)

-Louis
