Hi,
I have the lyrics for all my song collection already in my phone. Recently I have corrected some wrong lyrics in the Tunewiki page to see the changes in my phone too, but I don't know how to do it. As the updated song start to play in my phone, the old lyric appears. I think this is right, because if you have it, there is no need to connect again to download the same lyric over and over. How can I force to the application to download the lyrics again??

Hello fdimarco,

Please allow up to 10 minutes for the changes to spread to all of our servers.
After this time, when you next play the song on your phone the lyrics should be updated. :)

Hi Louis
The problem is when I play the song in my phone, the application don't try to connect to the network because I already download the lyrics. How can I force the update of the lyrics to my phone?? I already wait more than 10 hours ;)

Apologies for the delayed response.

This is unusual behaviour for TuneWiki.
Please uninstall TuneWiki and then install it again.

This should resolve your issue. :)

I have the same problem on Android. Uninstall/install does not help. Tunewiki still shows version number 1 of the lyric instead of version 2. Obviously I have waited more than 10 minutes....

Hi Kane

Our Quality Assurance manager is looking in to this issue.
We'll update here again in the next couple of days.

Hi Louis, Meanwhile I checked more songs as well. It seems that in a number of cases the two first lines of the lyrics are missing. They are correct on the website, but during video playback when I would like to synchronize, the first two lines are already not there. They are there in lyrics and video lyrics, but during synchronization they just diappear. I guess that this is the reason why they do not appear on the phone either. I hope this helps.

Hi Kane

Thanks for the information.
I've passed it on to our QA manager.

I'm hoping he'll have some information very shortly. ;)

Helloo I have the same doubt, how do I force the download again of the lyric? The lyric that is appearing to me is not the same lyric of the song that is playing.
Thanks a lot,
Marcia.

Hello Marcia

Please make sure the metadata for the song you're listening to is correct.
If the metadata is wrong then you will likely see the wrong lyrics or no lyrics at all.
