What type of connection are you using? WiFi or 3G?
If you're using 3G, please contact your cellular carrier about network issues.
If you're using WiFi, please ensure that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is not reporting any faults on the service and that you can access other services, other than TuneWiki.
