App will not start Error Not Connecting to Server

I have a HTC Droid ERIS and Have downloaded your app and I cannot start it, I have created an account and I can see my music but it will not start.

What do you mean "It will not start"?

Are you receiving any error messages?
Please describe exactly what isn't working.
