No sound with shoutcast on BB Tour When trying to play shoutcast radio stations, spotty success

Hi folks. I have a Sprint BB 9630. I just found this app in the BB App Store (like a week ago) and downloaded it so I could listen to internet radio on my BB. First time I used it, I got no sound. It wasn't clear that I was actually at a place where I should be hearing sound, so I kept playing with it and suddely, I got an image of an album and sound! Sadly, I have not been able to recreate the event. Please help.

Have you restarted your phone since installing TuneWiki?

I have not. Let me give that a try. Do you recomend a battery pull or a power-off?

A power-off --> power-on should be sufficient.
